What to Expect
at your appointment
Common Questions
Location
Parking: Street and parking in back. Only a front entrance at this time.
I am a business within Skin Serenity. When you enter you are welcome to wait in the waiting room. My room will be the third on the left when you enter the building. Restrooms are down the hall straight from the front door.
Before your Appointment
For the best results:
No Makeup, Come with a clean face
​Shower before hand, some services dont allow water for 24 hours
If you wear contacts, wear glasses to your appointment instead
Waivers
When your appointment is booked you will be sent two different waivers.
One is a service agreement outlining my policies and the other is a CC waiver.
The CC on file will ONLY be used for same day cancels or no call no shows. Please still physically bring cash or card to the appointment.

Waivers must be signed before your appointment or your appointment time will be used to complete them. Depending on demand, the appointment may not be held if no response is given. No deposits at this time.
Canceling

Late
In the case you need to cancel, you must contact me directly if its within a week of your appointment. Square will not let you cancel unless its a week before. Outlined in my policies are charges regarding each situation. Please be respectful of my time as this is my income. I will try my best to be understanding in every situation but please keep me informed.
Depending on how late you show to an appointment, I may have to consider you as a same day cancel. In some situations, I will try to get done what is possible but only if theres a reasonable amount of time.
My system, Square Appointments, alerts you of your appointment through email and text message. My business phone number is a cell phone so feel free to text or call this number. This is seperate from your reminders.
After Care
Lash Extensions
For best results wait 24 hours to get your lashes wet
Only use water based products, makeups and skin care on or around your lashes
Wash your lashes at least once a day, twice prefered
Do not touch, rub or wipe at your eyes with your bare hands/towels
Clean your lashes downward with a cleaning brush, never side to side
Hair Removal
For least amount of irritation, stay away from chemical peels, facials, exfoliation and touching harshly in area hair was removed.
Aloe, inflammation reducing medicines and cooling agents are best against redness
Chemical Services
For best results wait 24 hours to area wet
Treat area kindly due to increased risk of breakage due to chemical reconstruction
If taken care of correctly, breakage isnt a risk
Do not rub area (Eyes or brows) for healthiest results
